Job description

JOB TITLE: Weaving Loom Operator DEPARTMENT: Weaving REPORTS TO: Weaving Superintendent RATE OF PAY: $16.00 PER HOUR REQUIREMENTS: Follow schedule provided by Master Scheduler/Weaving Superintendent and monitor production. Identify all raw materials required for current production requirements. Set up Loom and Creels, start, and adjust the process to bring product into specification

Daily troubleshooting of process(s). Perform daily operational preventative maintenance as detailed by Superintendent. Dispose of all off spec products and raw materials.

Ensure process stability and quality standards are met and engage the process as needed to get back on track. Ensure housekeeping standards are met and implement activities to keep to standards. Operator 4+ spaces to meet demand requirements.
