Practice Physical Therapy the Way It Was Meant to Be – at Back On Track Physical Therapy Brentwood


Join our therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Brentwood, CA, where quality care comes first. Our clinicians typically see 10–14 patients per day, with most sessions one-on-one. No double-booking marathons. No production pressure. Just time to think, treat, and build meaningful patient relationships.


Why This Role Is Different:

10–14 patients per day.

Mostly one-on-one treatment.

45–60 minute evaluations.

Strong referral base and steady Brentwood community caseload.

Large modern facility with private treatment rooms.

Compensation & Benefits:

$52–$70 per hour (DOE).
