Integrated Therapy Solutions is a thriving, established, and expanding private therapy practice serving the South Bay and West Los Angeles areas for over 15 years. We provide comprehensive rehabilitation, habilitation, educational programs, and wellness to a diverse pediatric clientele and the occasional adult.
We are a highly passionate and skilled interdisciplinary team seeking a dynamic, talented, and fun Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our family. The ITS team is passionate about what we do both in the clinic and in the community to fulfill our mission of "putting development back on track to achieve a fulfilling life for all our clients".

Your duties include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinating schedules with the front desk for maximum utilization of the therapist’s time in face-to-face interaction with your clients.
  • Treating existing patients following the treatment plan prescribed.
  • Conducting Quality Assurance Checks on patients with your supervisor to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Asking patients who are doing well to refer their friends and family in any given opportunity.
  • Keeping chart notes and administration up-to-date with all relevant data included (per company guidelines/procedures and policies).
  • Participating in staff meetings and team meetings.
  • Keeping records of all the above functions in a way that there is a record of all production.
  • Referral Source Visits/phone calls.
