Job description

Works closely with the Director of Communications and Engagement to coordinate, create, edit and do final production of video library content across Landis Communities. Works with departments/affiliates to create videos to enhance their work. Is responsible for guiding the production of livestream broadcasts on WLH and other venues both for Landis Homes and other affiliates. Supports AV needs for events and resident programs organized byteam members, while ensuring AV functionality for a broader range of resident-driven initiatives. Collaborates with team members, residents and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and strategic insight to new AV projects and the overall AV vision for the organization.

Position Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or demonstrated proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
  • College degree or experience in related field preferred.
  • Training in video production and editing software required.
  • Training in multimedia production and communications required.
  • Prior experience using creativity to work with digital media, art, communication, photography, videography, and/or technology required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AV management, event technology, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with AV systems, including mixers, microphones, projectors, smart TVs, video conferencing platforms, and soundboards.
  • Ability to take and follow directions while having a creative eye for improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and well-organized.
  • Proficient in use of computer and related technology required for the role.
