You will coordinate systems such as Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management, and Zoom, ensuring smooth performance and effortless integration. You will record standards for room system setup, monitoring, and reporting, collaborating with AV, IT, and Facilities. Through this, you will contribute to delivering world-class AV operations!

You will manage AV systems and support tools as production environments, focusing on defined ownership, monitoring, and continuous enhancement. By analyzing patterns in incidents, room conditions, and support inquiries, you will recognize risks and areas for growth. Assisting with lifecycle planning, standards creation, and operational preparation, you will collaborate closely with AV operations leadership to advance systems, processes, and support frameworks.
Support Adoption Across Teams
Partnering with AV support staff, Service Desk, and project teams, you will boost usability and consistency. You will educate and equip support teams to handle common issues efficiently, offering documentation, examples, and templates to optimize AV operations. Your input will enhance support for employees working with meeting rooms, event spaces, studios, and collaboration tools.
What You'll Bring:
You hold strong technical fundamentals and systems thinking, supported by a proven experience in AV, collaboration tools, workplace technology, or IT operations.
