You will be responsible for crafting and executing digital strategies that leverage our suite of services to deliver measurable results. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all digital strategy and execution matters.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies based on client goals and objectives, and consult with clients on processes and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and ensure the success of campaign delivery, performance, and execution based on client objectives.
  • Daily client communication on advertising strategy and campaign performance results into an actionable narrative for clients.
  • Develop and present detailed digital marketing proposals that encompass strategies, goals, tactics and KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide strategic insights to optimize digital strategies for maximum impact.
  • Evaluate client’s needs and assist to drive revenue growth while identifying new opportunities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure execution of digital campaigns.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare reports for clients, outlining campaign performance and demonstrating the value delivered.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, advising clients on opportunities.
  • Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of client projects, ensuring a timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Travel quarterly or on a need basis for client consultations
  • Other duties may be assigned related to the position

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital marketing, account management, client services or a related field
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Online Display, and Social Media marketing
  • Knowledge of the automotive sales industry and processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends based on industry KPIs
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency using industry tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
