Staffing agency is looking for an additional account manager/recruiter to join their automotive team!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business development calls to grow clientele
  • Maintain relationship with current clients and candidates
  • Source for qualified candidates to fill open positions
  • Coordinate interviews for clients
  • Manage full hiring cycle

Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE!!!
  • CRM experience is a huge plus
  • Must be comfortable with making a high volume of cold calls
  • Previous sales experience is a plus as well
  • Ability to work as a team and individually
