Job description

Overview
We are seeking a driven Account Manager to lead commercial activities for automotive interior programs, with a strong focus on General Motors. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability across multiple programs.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of commercial expertise, General Motors experience, and technical understanding of interior components such as instrument panels, door systems, and consoles.
Key Responsibilities
Customer and Commercial Leadership
Serve as the primary commercial contact for General Motors and other OEM customers. Build strong relationships and act as a trusted partner across all program phases.
Account Growth and Strategy
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability. Identify new business opportunities and support expansion within key accounts.
Program and Cross Functional Coordination
Act as the central point of contact between the customer and internal teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality. Ensure alignment on program milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Pricing and Financial Management
Manage all commercial aspects of the account including piece price, tooling, and contract negotiations. Drive financial performance improvements across programs.
Engineering Change Management
Lead commercial discussions for engineering changes and secure appropriate cost recovery or pricing adjustments.
Program Launch Support
Support new product launches to ensure successful execution, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Market and Business Insights

Qualifications
Education

Experience
