JOB TITLE: Athletic Operations Assistant
REPORTS TO: District Director of Athletics
STATUS: Full-Time - Hourly Non Exempt
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
The athletic operations assistant is responsible for glorifying God by assisting the District of Athletic in maintaining an organized and efficient athletic schedule to ensure our student athletes are discipled with excellence through athletic participation.
SCOPE:
This position provides administrative support that is key to the effective, efficient operation of the Athletic Department. This position acts as a liaison between the AD, teachers, coaches, parents, and miscellaneous outside contacts in all matters related to the athletic schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Facilitate Department Photography
    • Senior Banners
    • Team Pictures
    • Action Shots
  • Data Entry
    • Game Schedules MyCCA & FHSAA
    • Field Lights
    • Streaming Camera Schedules
    • GoFan Ticketing System
  • Schedule & Pay Officials
  • Assist with FHSAA (Homeschool/Internationals)
  • Assist with Senior Night
  • Phone Calls/ Parent Emails
  • Assist Varsity Sports Awards
  • Assist with MyCCA Student & parent forms/payment
  • Football, Track, and playoff game coverage
  • High School Family & Athlete Surveys
  • Assist with Credit Card reconciliation (PEX & Nexonia x2)
  • Assist with CampBrain
  • Collect Coaches EOY & VSA Surveys
  • Score Vision Game Schedule
  • Manage Director calendars
