JOB TITLE: Athletic Operations AssistantREPORTS TO: District Director of AthleticsSTATUS: Full-Time - Hourly Non Exempt
PURPOSE STATEMENT:

The athletic operations assistant is responsible for glorifying God by assisting the District of Athletic in maintaining an organized and efficient athletic schedule to ensure our student athletes are discipled with excellence through athletic participation.

SCOPE:

This position provides administrative support that is key to the effective, efficient operation of the Athletic Department. This position acts as a liaison between the AD, teachers, coaches, parents, and miscellaneous outside contacts in all matters related to the athletic schedule.

  • Schedule amp; Pay Officials
  • Assist with FHSAA (Homeschool/Internationals)
  • Assist with Senior Night
  • Phone Calls/ Parent Emails
  • Assist Varsity Sports Awards
  • Assist with MyCCA Student amp; parent forms/payment
  • Football, Track, and playoff game coverage
  • High School Family amp; Athlete Surveys
