Position: Gameday Operations Stagehand - Part Time/ Seasonal
Reports To: Production Manager

Complementing the events at State Farm Stadium, Insignia Event Services exclusively manages Sportsman's Park and Heritage at Sportsman's Park, offering flexible venues for everything from pre-game activities and tailgating to concerts, festivals, corporate events, and graduations. Our services range from full-service event production, staging, and equipment rental to live presentation and transportation logistics, making us a trusted partner for exceptional events in Arizona.

Job Summary:
The Gameday Operations Stagehand supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of game day entertainment, production elements, and event infrastructure for Arizona Cardinals home games, major Insignia Event Services events, and State Farm Stadium events. This role plays an integral part in time-sensitive event operations, including player introductions, halftime shows, staging, scenic construction, equipment movement, loading and unloading trucks, and assembling production equipment during both event execution and pre-production activities.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced live event environment. This individual demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality work, communicating effectively, and working positively with others in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
This is a part-time seasonal position running from August 10, 2026 through March 1, 2027.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the setup and strike of player introduction elements, in-game entertainment assets, and on-field audio visual movements

  • Assist with the setup and strike of stages, decking, walls, flats, scaffolding, curtains, pipes, drapes, audio-visual equipment, and other production equipment within Cardinal's game day club and event spaces

  • Assist with the construction of truss structures, scaffolding, theatrical set pieces, and production elements

  • Load and unload trucks, equipment, staging materials, furniture, and event assets as needed

  • Transport equipment and materials between storage and event locations

  • Run, coil, secure, and tape power and control cables

  • Assist with the assembly and installation of scenic, theatrical, and production design elements

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment

  • Operate and maintain stage and event areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner

  • Support team success by stepping in where needed and maintaining a collaborative, team-first approach to execution

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Experience with general labor in event production preferred

  • Experience with theatrical production, audio-visual equipment, lighting, sound, staging, or live events preferred

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a high-stress, fast-paced live production environment

  • Ability to follow safety policies, procedures, and operational standards

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • A team player who cares about the team's success and contributes to a positive team environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours
