  • West Point Recreation Gym and outdoor fields- West Point, GA
  • Ram Stadium- Valley, AL

Job Description:
Purpose/Role
  • The Sports Information Game Day Specialist supports the Sports Information department by assisting with game-day operations, statistics, media services, press box/scorer's table operations, and event management for home athletic contests. This student position provides hands-on experience in collegiate athletics while helping ensure a professional game-day experience for student-athletes, coaches, and media.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with game-day setup and breakdown of press boxes and scorer's tables for home athletics events.
  • Operate game statistics software, scoreboards, or timing equipment as assigned.
  • Record and verify game statistics during athletics contests.
  • Support livestream and broadcast operations, including camera setup and production assistance.
  • Assist with photography, videography, and social media content collection during events.
  • Provide customer service to fans, visiting teams, officials, and event personnel.
  • Public address system operations, including announcing and playing music during breaks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sports Information Director or Athletic Communications staff.

Rate of Pay
  • $8.50 per hour. Student employees cannot work more than 20 hours per week for all positions combined, or over 10 hours in a day. Student employees are paid bi-weekly. All student employees will be paid by direct deposit.
