The Opportunity

We're seeking an Assistant Station Leader to support our busy ATL operation. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience who is ready to step into a larger leadership role in a 24/7/365 transportation environment. You will be a key partner to the Station Leader, helping oversee daily operations, support drivers, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional service to our airline partners.


What You'll Do

  • Support daily oversight of a 24/7 ground-transportation operation at ATL.
  • Assist in managing, coaching, and developing teams of drivers.
  • Help maintain schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to meet airline requirements.
  • Promote and enforce safety, DOT compliance, and company policies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues proactively.
  • Help build strong relationships with airline partners and internal leadership.
  • Step in as acting leader when Station Leader is off-site.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, hospitality, or another high-volume service industry.
  • A hands-on operator who is comfortable being visible and active in the field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a 24/7/365 environment with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety best practices is a plus (training provided).
  • Must live in the ATL area.
