What You Will Work On

Oversee daily operations for your assigned shift, ensuring smooth eCommerce fulfillment, supplies management, and service request workflows. Drive accuracy, quality, and productivity through consistent processes and strong team leadership. Support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts that help the DC operate efficiently.

Maintain operational standards by monitoring performance metrics and reinforcing safe, clean, and organized work environments. Lead process observations, address gaps, and collaborate across teams to keep service levels on track. Coach your team through changes, new initiatives, and cross-functional training that strengthens overall capability.

Who You Will Work With

You'll partner with Team Leads, hourly team members, and fellow leaders across shifts to keep operations aligned and running smoothly. Your work also connects you with DC Operations, Merchant teams, and Store Operations to support accurate fulfillment and service delivery.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required

  • 7+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years of management experience

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF-managed inventory

  • Strong collaboration skills across shifts, DCs, and business units

  • Ability to make decisions without having all information available

  • Effective communication skills with strength in active listening, written, and verbal interactions

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Manhattan, AS/400, Lotus Notes, Kronos, and Sterling Commerce

  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed

Work Style and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including varied or extra shifts to support business and peak season demands

  • Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies and reporting unsafe conditions

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, production-driven environment with performance expectations

  • Work in non-climate-controlled conditions, including moderate heat/cold, dust, moisture, noise, and changing air quality

  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain in positions for extended periods

  • Perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing, and working at heights

  • Ability to work in mezzanines up to 50 ft high

  • Frequently lift and carry up to 60 lbs; push/pull heavy items as needed

  • Use manual dexterity and perform repetitive hand/keyboard tasks

  • Demonstrate visual acuity (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment)

  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed (e.g., safety shoes, glasses, vest, gloves, bump cap)
