bout the Role:
Are you passionate about learning new technology and building strong client relationships? We're looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) to help our multifamily residential clients get the most value from Yardi's property management software solutions.
In this role, you'll combine your technical aptitude and communication skills to support clients through software setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use. Whether it's answering a quick question or resolving a challenge, you'll help clients have a smooth, successful experience with our software.
You'll build expertise in how Yardi's software supports every stage of the renter journey and equips property managers with the tools for financial reporting, leasing, maintenance, and more. As part of a collaborative team, you'll work closely with clients and internal departments to deliver high-quality, solution-focused support. If you're a quick learner who enjoys exploring technology and making a positive impact for clients, we'd love to hear from you.
*** This position requires flexibility for travel during the second week of employment for training purposes. Training may be conducted locally or at an alternate location based on business needs. Candidates should be prepared and available to travel as required during this time. ***
What You'll Do:
  • Provide technical software support, set-up, and implementation guidance to clients across a suite of products, delivering assistance via email and phone.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
