Systems Analyst
The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing software applications used throughout the organization. This role works closely with clinical, operational, and administrative staff to ensure systems function effectively and support organizational workflows.
The Systems Analyst provides day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, system configuration, user training. They are a key resource in software implementation initiatives and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical, analytical, and customer service skills and is comfortable supporting users in a healthcare environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and support organizational software applications and system workflows.
  • Provide technical and functional support to end users by troubleshooting software issues and resolving application-related problems.
  • Assist users with workflow questions, system navigation, and operational best practices.
  • Conduct user training for new employees and provide ongoing education for existing staff.
  • Collaborate with departments to analyze workflows and recommend system improvements and optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in software upgrades, implementations, testing, and enhancement projects.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and support procedures.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT staff to resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Assist with user account setup, permissions, and application security functions as appropriate.
  • Support data integrity, reporting validation, and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting software applications or information systems preferred.
  • Healthcare or medical practice experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
