Job SummaryThis position is responsible for designing, enhancing, and supporting business applications and information systems solutions by integrating technical and business requirements across the full application lifecycle. The role serves as a technical designer and hands-on system analyst, translating business analyst inputs and architectural direction into secure, robust, scalable, and extensible technical designs. In addition to solution design, the position actively supports application stability by managing incidents, resolving production and test issues, and troubleshooting complex problems in both steady-state and unstable environments.
The role collaborates closely with architecture, application services, infrastructure, and release management teams to support infrastructure first builds, SaaS/COTS integrations, and smooth deployments. Responsibilities include evaluating integrations with existing environments, maintaining in-house utilities and test platforms, and supporting developers with underlying systems and files. The position also develops operating procedures, user manuals, and knowledge repositories to ensure sustainable operations and effective transition into routine support.

*Bachelor Degree OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 1 year Information Technology experience OR 4 years Information Technology experience.
