What you will do
  • Act as a primary analyst for Allegro supporting US Power Trading
  • Daily application support for Allegro (incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis)
  • System configuration, enhancements, performance tuning, and monitoring
  • Small development tasks and fixes in C# and MSSQL
  • Documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination with global teams

What role you will play on our team
Experienced ETRM System Analyst with strong US Power market expertise to provide technical support and small-scale development for Allegro, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of C# and .NET
  • Allegro/ETRM application experience (config, performance, troubleshooting)
  • US Power market knowledge
  • SQL Server skills: stored procedures, triggers, queries
  • Basic Windows Server administration
  • Critical thinking, analytical capability, and sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
  • AWS, Terraform
