Job Overview :
As the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Program Specialist in the Office of Legal Counsel/Program Integrity, Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Alternate Electronic Visit Verification Vendor recertification and oversight initiative
- Lead and manage Alternate Electronic Visit Verification Vendor certifications and oversight to ensure effective administration of the program
- Maintain relationships with Ohio approved Alternate Electronic Visit Verification Vendors
- Research and respond to complex inquiries related to the EVV system, the ODM EVV program and various EVV processes utilizing various systems
- Support outreach projects and efforts that include participation in the EVV newsletter process, monthly webinar, targeted provider outreaches and compliance notifications to providers
- Independently review and analyze EVV data to support program needs

Qualifications
Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, social or behavioral science, health or statistics; additional 24 mos. exp. specific to subject area of which 12 mos. exp. in use of spreadsheet and database software.
