What You Will Do At ODM:
Office : Legal Counsel
Bureau : Program Integrity
Classification: Medicaid Health Systems Specialist (PN: 20046562 )
Job Overview :
As the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Program Specialist in the Office of Legal Counsel/Program Integrity, Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Alternate Electronic Visit Verification Vendor recertification and oversight initiative
  • Lead and manage Alternate Electronic Visit Verification Vendor certifications and oversight to ensure effective administration of the program
  • Maintain relationships with Ohio approved Alternate Electronic Visit Verification Vendors
  • Research and respond to complex inquiries related to the EVV system, the ODM EVV program and various EVV processes utilizing various systems
  • Support outreach projects and efforts that include participation in the EVV newsletter process, monthly webinar, targeted provider outreaches and compliance notifications to providers
  • Independently review and analyze EVV data to support program needs

Qualifications
Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, social or behavioral science, health or statistics; additional 24 mos. exp. specific to subject area of which 12 mos. exp. in use of spreadsheet and database software.
Note: education & experience to be commensurate with approved position description on file.
-Or 24 months experience as Medicaid Health Systems Analyst, (65291)
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above may be substituted for the experience required, but not for the mandated licensure.
