We are hiring a Principal HR Analyst (Part-Time) to administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.). You’ll own platform administration, innovation testing, reporting/analytics, integrations, data integrity, security, and a seamless HR user experience worldwide. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Platform administration and support
    • Own daily administration, triage, and resolution of incidents/requests
  • Configuration and change management
    • Configure modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Succession, Role-Based Permissions) using best practices; document changes and migrate across environments.
  • Innovation cycle release and regression testing
    • Lead bi-annual SF releases (H1/H2): assess release notes, impact analysis, regression test planning/execution, cutover readiness, and stakeholder communications.
  • Data quality and security
    • Maintain data integrity, workflows, business rules, picklists, and permissions; support audits and ensure compliance with policies (SOX, data privacy).
  • Reporting and analytics
    • Build and optimize People Analytics/Stories and Report Center outputs; enable HR and business insights through repeatable, validated reporting.
  • Integrations and vendor coordination
    • Manage routine jobs (SFTP, Integration Center) and partner with IT/Integration teams (e.g., SAP CPI/Boomi) for fixes or enhancements; coordinate with SAP/implementation partners for Provisioning tasks.

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources Administration, Information Systems, or a similar field.
  • 3+ years administering SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with core SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Succession, Role-Based Permissions)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple organizational messaging that clearly articulates business impact.
