  • Configuring and maintaining allocation schedules and segment codes, ensuring accurate cost distribution, reporting, and data integrity;
  • Building and maintaining saved searches, dashboards, automated queries, filters, macros, reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives, finance, human resources, and other stakeholders;
  • Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, translating business objectives into system solutions, and providing technical support, troubleshooting, guidance, training, and user documentation;
  • Serving as the lead liaison between finance, human resources, information technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for system design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement projects;
  • Collaborating with developers, engineers, and business analysts to design, test, validate, and implement system modifications or new solutions that meet functionality and performance requirements;

  • Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and system compliance with data security and privacy requirements;
  • Working effectively with other team members and actively participating in the annual in-service training;
  • Abiding by all of Options for Learning’s policies and procedures. Attending training as required;
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

  • Experience in system workflows, approvals set-up and implementation; (preferred)
  • Experience with Paylocity, Dynamics 365, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning, HR/Payroll, Customer Relationship Management systems, and industry specific systems; (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies; (preferred)
  • NetSuite scripting and development — SuiteScript deployments, workflows, bundles, and other custom NetSuite features; (preferred)
  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification; (preferred)
  • Experience producing and overseeing advanced SuiteAnalytics datasets and custom reporting; (preferred)
  • Familiarity with integrations between NetSuite and other business systems; (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of finance and budgeting concepts (e.g., allocations, cost segmentation, general ledger reporting); (preferred)
  • Experience in a nonprofit or similarly regulated environment. (preferred)

What we can offer you

  • Medical/dental/vision for part- and full-time employees (organization pays up to 95% of employee's premiums; prorated for part-time);
