RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Rancho Cucamonga, CA that is seeking a Systems Analyst II.
Summary:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise applications, business processes, and reporting solutions. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to improve system performance, enhance data integrity, and deliver technology solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze, support, and enhance business systems and applications
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and system efficiency
* Support existing applications and assist with implementation of new technologies
* Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights from multiple data sources
* Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
* Translate business needs into user stories, system requirements, and application enhancements
* Manage system integrations and ensure data accuracy across platforms
* Utilize SQL, scripting, or other technical tools to automate and improve processes
* Collaborate with cross functional teams on projects, upgrades, and system improvements
* Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Experience with reporting, data analysis, and system integrations
* Ability to gather requirements and work with both technical and business stakeholders
* Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or programming is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
