We Are Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for monitoring customer contract inventory usage, setting up contracts in the ERP system, running part number shortage reports, managing contract expirations, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


What You’ll Do

As a Contracts Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Customer Inventory Monitoring: Track and analyze customer inventory usage to ensure adequate stock levels and proactively address potential shortages
  • Contract Setup: Enter and maintain contracts in the ERP system, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately captured and easily accessible
  • Part Number Shortage Reports: Run and review part number shortage reports regularly to identify inventory discrepancies or potential supply chain issues and escalate concerns as necessary
  • Contract Expiration Management: Monitor and manage contract expiration dates, proactively communicating with internal teams to ensure timely renewals or updates
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, inventory levels, and potential shortages to management and relevant departments
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure contract compliance and effective resolution of inventory-related issues
  • Data Entry and Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, ensuring all inventory data, contract terms, and customer information are up to date
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within contract management and inventory tracking and suggest or implement best practices


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in contract analysis, inventory management, or a related role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
  • ITAR Requirement
