Job description

Role : Senior Business System Analyst (F2F Interview)

Location: Irvine, CA Local Profile only

Long Term contract

Including 8 10 years of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is mandatory.

JD:-

  • 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility as a BSA, or equivalent business experience, with extensive involvement in process analysis, process design and documentation, and involvement in complex large-scale and high-impact projects / platform implementations that add significant business value, is required
  • CRM system experience in Salesforce, is Mandatory
  • 20% North American travel, is required
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Commercial, R&D, Marketing, Sales or Revenue Management functional experience is desired.
  • CPG Manufacturing or food service industry experience is helpful.
  • Fluent in desktop, project management, process flow charting tools (i.e. Visio, Lucid, etc.) is preferred.
  • Pricing automation or Trade Management System familiarity would be great.
  • MicroStrategy or another BI platform (i.e. PowerBI) experience would be helpful.
  • PLM (process lifecycle management) process/theory understanding is wonderful.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Commercial processes including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, R&D and Customer Service, with experience leveraging CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to perform system and process analysis duties including flow charting and value stream mapping using process and software documentation tools.
  • Has direct participation and experience with multiple software platform implementations.
  • Prior experience with process improvement methodologies and tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Green/Black Belt, etc).
  • Understanding of data systems, databases, software development life cycle, and information and application architecture.
  • Experience leading the development of UAT and QA testing plans and cases.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology.
  • Project management skills a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
