Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and analyze business requirements based on operational needs
  • Author detailed business and functional requirement documentation
  • Document current-state and future-state workflows
  • Develop user stories
  • Assist in developing test plans and training plans
  • Support testing execution and training delivery
  • Document system settings, procedures, and implementation records
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years supporting healthcare IT or EHR implementation projects
  • Experience with EPIC preferred (Cerner, Allscripts, etc. also acceptable)
  • Experience in behavioral health, public health, or hospital settings strongly preferred
  • Strong business analysis, process improvement, and requirements documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to support both technical and non-technical teams
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to EHR systems
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • CBAP certification highly desirable
