Job Schedule: 9/80:Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description:  As a new graduate in the Systems Engineering role, you will assit in supporting the planning, development, and evaluation of system solutions across a variety of technical activities. The role involves contributing to analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and communication efforts to help ensure systems meet user and program needs. 

Essential Functions:

  • Perform operational analysis and developconcept of operations,designand implementation plans 

  • Develop test plans, procedures&cases 

  • Conduct tests and document results 

  • Use software tools,scriptingand software/hardware troubleshooting 

  • Analyze systems requirements from end systemsand users 

  • Supports development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures 

  • Develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers 

Qualifications: 

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing Master's Degree Systems Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related fieldor have completed Master's Degree within the last 12months,regardlessof age. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/ormodel-basedsystems engineering 

  • Familiar with Rhapsody

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, 
Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $71,000 -
$132,000. This is not a guarantee of 
compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to 
experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and

paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee
