In the role of Analyst, Business Systems you will help tackle complex challenges as you develop and grow your skills and diversify your professional experiences.

The Associate Business System Analysts are key team contributors to the business requirements, development, and enhancement of business applications, providing both technical and business knowledge to system projects. The position has the responsibility for the elicitation and documentation and management of business requirements related to new or existing applications. The position will be instrumental in the development, identification and implementation of system modifications that will improve productivity within the existing system(s) or requirements related to a new system build.

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. 
  • Learning and understanding the business processes around Clinical Development Operations technology solutions. 
  • Responding to questions and consultation with business users regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
  • Developing detailed business user requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and system documentation.
  • Ensuring current and accurate system requirements and documentation for existing and new systems 
  • Assist with conducting research and analysis into the nature, effect, and results of system issues and proper resolution.
  • Consulting with functional areas to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the system.
  • Determining how changing business needs will affect the systems.
  • Creating and managing system change requests and documentation supporting implementations.
  • Working collaboratively and effectively with both technical and business team members. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Exercises latitude in approach to problem and solution.
  • Good interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must exhibit ability to work as part of a team.
