MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an on-site position.
This role will support the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department in the Navy Aviation Division at MANTECH.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS)
  • Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule
  • Analyzing schedule data related to programs/projects and/or processes using MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power BI
  • Formatting and presenting schedule information and data using OnePager Professional, MS Power BI, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
  • Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholders
  • This position requires up to 10% travel within the United States

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering and 4+ years of experience with networked schedule development, or an Associate's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Experience with critical path method and networked schedule development, baseline, and status using milestones, tasks, duration, lead/lag, and other standard datapoints/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering
  • Experience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BI
  • Knowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processes
  • Experience with technical program management support

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $88,200.00-$147,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
