$85-125K (Depending on Experience) – Full Time with Benefits
Take your career to the next level with us! R.M. Chin amp; Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin) is seeking a candidate with six years of experience in major construction project scheduling. Candidates require a minimum of six years of experience in major construction projects. Customer-facing skills are also required.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Education – bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or highly-related discipline preferred.
  • Experience – 6+ years of experience on major construction projects
  • Project scope preparation
  • Strong problem solving and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate must demonstrate a willingness to acquire new responsibilities and skills, and work in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for understanding the overall project / program scope and managing the assigned project or group of projects. Stakeholder coordination and strong communication are also key roles.
