Technical Program Manager

Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 4361 Irwin Simpson Rd, Mason, OH 45040.

This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex technical initiatives across the organization.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Oversee program planning and strategy to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct business case analysis to evaluate strategic alignment and cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate technical initiatives through the L-gates demand process.
  • Manage program deliverables to meet schedule, scope, and budget requirements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks.
  • Develop and track metrics for program performance and value realization.
  • Provide status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead technical programs including cloud migrations, cybersecurity, application development, and AI/ML solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to engineering teams to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Standardize and manage prioritization, business case analysis, and funding approval processes.
  • Implement program management best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships, resolve conflicts, manage resources in a matrix environment, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in project management or related experience.

Experience Requirements:

Ten (10) years of experience in project management or related experience must include:

  • Ten (10) years of broad-based information systems experience.
  • Ten (10) years of full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development.
  • Three (3) years leading and directing project tasks.
  • Program and project planning and governance.
  • Program and project risk management and value realization.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration.
  • Program and project cost management and ROI analysis.
  • Agile project and product management.
  • Experience with project management tools including Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, REST APIs, Tableau, and AWS services.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, AI/ML solutions, and application development.
  • Experience with reporting and documentation tools including Jira Align/JIRA, ServiceNOW, SharePoint, and Tableau.

Required Certification:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
