Job description

The Manager, Strategic Programs leads execution of the strategic program pipeline by managing a team of Program Managers and Associate Program Managers. This role ensures consistent delivery, strong cross-functional coordination, and high-quality execution across brand programs and RFP opportunities.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of Associate Program Managers and Program Managers, ensuring consistent execution across all active programs
  • Oversee day-to-day program execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met across the project portfolio
  • Drive consistency in program management practices, tools, and documentation across the team
  • Partner with Senior Program Managers on high-complexity and executive-visible opportunities
  • Act as escalation point for risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
  • Ensure strong cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Support prioritization of program work in alignment with Director and business objectives
  • Improve program execution processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure high-quality RFP responses, deliverables, and internal readiness across all programs
  • Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and performance management

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7+ years sales, marketing, product or project management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing team members
  • Strong program and project management expertise (planning, risk management, resource allocation, reporting)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and develop others
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
  • Ability to travel occasionally (10% or less)

The hybrid schedule for this role includes in-office work on Tuesdays - Thursdays, and additional onsite days may be required during the training period. Associates are expected to be in the office during this time.
