Job Description:

Seeking a Program Manager to lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) focused on Infrared (IR) sensor production. This role is responsible for executing programs of substantial importance to the organization. This includes driving program execution to meet customer requirements and achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.

Essential Functions:

Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and mission success

Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs

Act as primary contact and leader for Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on assigned programs

Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills across a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences

Travel up to 20% to domestic locations

Other duties as assigned

Ability to obtain a US securtity clearance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering) and a minimum of 2 years of experience, OR Graduate Degree in a technical field with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related program management experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior program management experience is required

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience with earned value management, integrated master schedules, risk management, and formal gate or milestone reviews

Proven track record managing program budgets, cost account management, and financial forecasting

Experience with domestic and international customer engagements in a regulated defense environment

Background in missile defense or sensor development programs
