Job description

Overview

Epsilon is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the TotalSource Plus (TSP) data product team. This is a strong opportunity for an early-career professional who is curious, organized, and ready to build product management experience while working on one of Epsilon's core data assets. You will get hands-on exposure to product strategy, cross-functional execution, and enterprise data operations while learning from experienced product leaders.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an Associate Product Manager on the TSP Data team, you will help turn business needs into product work that moves from idea to execution. You will partner with Product Managers, subject matter experts, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales to support launches, improve documentation, gather customer and market input, and keep key initiatives moving. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a product leader by building real experience in data products, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

This includes:

  • Support the product lifecycle for assigned TSP workstreams, from planning and requirements through release readiness
  • Learn how customer feedback, market needs, and business priorities shape product decisions
  • Work across Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Data Acquisition to help keep initiatives aligned and moving
  • Help create product requirements, release materials, business rule updates, and internal communication tools
  • Contribute to training content, sales enablement materials, and launch preparation
  • Support source evaluation, simulation readouts, and KPI tracking that help the team make informed product decisions
  • Explore and help identify opportunities to apply generative AI and LLM capabilities to internal workflows, product development, or team productivity
  • Build strong product fundamentals while partnering with experienced leaders across the TSP portfolio

Key Responsibilities

  • Support tactical execution of assigned TSP product workstreams from requirements through release
  • Gather and synthesize market and customer input to inform product decisions
  • Translate product needs into clear, actionable requirements for Engineering and Analytics teams
  • Maintain product documentation, decision logs, and status materials for initiative workstreams
  • Assist with source evaluation, business rule analysis, and simulation impact summaries
  • Partner with Marketing on collateral, training content, and launch readiness materials
  • Support Data Acquisition team activities including vendor research and source overlap analysis
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, analytics, marketing, data, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through, with the ability to manage details while keeping sight of the bigger picture
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating complex ideas into practical next steps
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and learning from both technical and business partners
  • Interest in data products, customer insight, privacy-aware product development, and how products get built and launched
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and take ownership as you grow
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with, or a genuine interest in, generative AI and LLM applications for business and product use cases is a strong plus

This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and grow into a bigger product role over time. If you are energized by solving problems, working with smart cross-functional teams, and building experience in data-driven product management, we would love to hear from you.
