As an Apprentice on our Product Go-to-Market team, you'll be responsible for defining, building, and deploying go-to-market strategies and product-led growth around our Digital Banking Platform.ย You will focus on helping customers harness the power of Jack Henry Digital products, which drive financial institutions' success by improving personnel productivity and by making their banking solutions more accessible to the consumer.ย Through close collaboration with our product, design, and operational teams, you will also help ensure that our release cadence remains in lock step with our Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). ย In short, your work will directly benefit Jack Henry customers, end users, and internal teams, ultimately accelerating customer adoption and empowering smaller community banks and credit unions to compete with fintech giants.

This position can be worked remotely or out of any Jack Henry office. This position pays $25.00/hour. The work schedule is full-time (40 hours per week).

What you'll be responsible for:ย 

  • Conduct well-rounded research with our Digital groups to understand business goals,ย systems models, and customer models to create messaging that speaks to customers' goals and promotes revenue-generating product offerings.

  • Contribute toward the naming and pricing of net new products and feature enhancements to ensure consistency with Jack Henry's portfolio of products and servicesย 

  • Drive our ever-evolving product story forward through communication of our features and the benefits of new products to customers.

  • Build and maintain close relationships with all customer-facing and internal teams toย ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Develop trusted advisory partnerships and advocates with strategically selected customers and engage the right teams to ensure customer success.

  • Support sales teams by securing answers or resources for product-related inquiries from prospective customers

  • Support documentation efforts across various areas, including digital platform status, product insights and comparisons, and strategic storytellingProvide comprehensive support for documentation initiatives encompassing digital platform performance, in-depth product analysis and comparative evaluations, and the articulation of strategic narratives.

What you'll need to have: ย 

  • Background in product marketing, go-to-market solutions, and/or product growth with the ability to think and work creatively.ย 

  • Effective written and verbal communication, consultation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience with cross-team collaboration and the ability to work toward strategic goals in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Discipline to consistently self-start, self-serve, and work independently in a remote environment.

  • Meet the legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite time period without any sponsorship from Jack Henry.ย
