Das erwartet Sie:
  • Projektkoordination: Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten Ablaufs und termingerechter Umsetzung.
  • Portfolio-Management: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios im Lebensmittelbereich unter Berücksichtigung interner Standards und aktueller Marktanforderungen.
  • Stammdatenmanagement: Sicherstellung der korrekten Anlage und Pflege von Produktstammdaten im ERP-System sowie Verwaltung des Produktstatus für einen reibungslosen Prozessablauf.
  • Marktanalyse und Trendbeobachtung: Identifikation von Innovationspotenzialen durch Marktanalysen und Beobachtung aktueller Trends in verschiedenen Segmenten – inklusive Konzeptentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendungstechnik und Marketing.
  • Wissensvermittlung und interne Kommunikation: Organisation und Durchführung interner Schulungen zu Produktneuheiten und Portfolioanpassungen.
  • Berichterstattung und Datenpflege: Erstellung projektbezogener Statusberichte sowie Pflege und Auswertung relevanter Daten im CRM-System und in Datenbanken zur Ableitung fundierter Entscheidungen.
Das wünschen wir uns:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Industriekauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement innerhalb Lebensmittelindustrie sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen, gepaart mit Organisationsgeschick und einer hohen Teamorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab
