**Job Title: Measure Technician/Construction Supervisor-Apprentice**

**Job Overview:** As a Measure Technician/Construction Supervisor Apprentice, you will play a vital role in the construction process, ensuring that projects are executed accurately and efficiently. This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on training in both measurement and supervision aspects of window, door, and siding replacement projects. You will work closely with experienced technicians and supervisors to learn the essential skills required to excel in the field.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in measuring and scope of work confirmation for window/door/siding projects, including precise window and door sizing, spec confirmations, remodeling scope confirmations and adjustments as needed per job to ensure accurate orders and job completions.
- Interact with customers and excel at communication and customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various trades and team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Support the Production Manager in managing daily project operations, adhering to schedules and budgets.
- Monitor worksite safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and construction best practices.
- Help maintain project documentation, including reports, measurements, and change orders. - Participate in site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Obtain knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to construction, window, door, and siding installations.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new apprentices and team members as needed.
**Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in construction, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office, email, smartphone, iPad usage.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using construction tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with Marvin OMS, Adobe Acrobat, Document Scanning, at CRM usage desired.
**Additional Information:**
- This position may require overtime and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Opportunities for further training and certifications will be provided throughout the apprenticeship.
- Must be able to safely lift windows, doors, job materials up to 100 lbs, move about job sites unrestricted, wear proper shoes and safety equipment as needed for site visits.
