Job description

Join forces with Appnovation to deliver high-impact results for one of our key strategic partners - a global leader in their field. This engagement offers a unique vantage point into a world-class organization with exceptional opportunities for professional growth and long-term career advancement

About the Role

In your role as a Senior Product Manager, you will drive innovation by partnering closely with Commercial business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate prioritized business opportunities into rapid prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs).

Operating at the intersection of Commercial business priorities, technical design, AI enablement, and product delivery, you will accelerate delivery, reduce complexity, and create measurable enterprise value. You will lead MVP-first product strategies that enable rapid validation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making before scaling solutions across the organization.

This role blends strategic business engagement with hands-on product execution-establishing product vision, lean roadmaps, and agile delivery cycles while fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Requirement Discovery: Lead complex problem discovery and requirement elicitation through interviews, workshops, and deep-dive brainstorming sessions.
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision focused on rapid experimentation, MVP validation, and measurable business impact.
  • AI & Data-Driven Product Leadership: Lead development of AI and data-driven digital products using rapid prototyping and MVP-first methodologies. Champion AI literacy, evaluation, and verification practices within the product lifecycle.
  • Lean Roadmap & Agile Execution: Establish and manage lean product roadmaps focused on high-impact, minimal viable scope. Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with short feedback cycles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and Commercial stakeholders to test hypotheses and refine solutions based on user feedback and data. Oversee creation of user stories, wireframes, and prototypes grounded in user-centered design.
  • Stakeholder & Change Leadership: Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and MVP outcomes.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Champion A/B testing, analytics, and user research to inform product decisions.
What we are looking for

Strategic Core Skills: Mastery of Product Thinking, User Experience design principles, and deep Business Immersion.

Tool Proficiency: High proficiency with collaboration and knowledge management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Miro.

Operational Mastery: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and time management for deep work.

Technical Writing: Ability to oversee the production of professional, client-facing documentation and complex technical writing with meticulous version control.
Domain Immersion: Experience in high-complexity industries (e.g., Pharma, Manufacturing, or R&D) where rapid learning of specialized business language is required.
Multi-Team Leadership: Experience managing initiatives with broad organizational impact and influencing cross-functional domain experts.

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of product management experience with strong emphasis on MVP development, rapid prototyping, and agile delivery.
  • Proven success launching MVPs and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Deep understanding of lean product development, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and deliver high-impact solutions quickly.

Nice-to-Have:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation, or related field.
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Lean Startup methodologies.
  • Experience with design thinking and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries with compliance-aware MVP delivery.
  • Experience managing distributed/global teams.
