We believe that you have the skills and drive to make a real impact. We foster a thriving internal community and are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the world we serve.

The Human Resources organization at DTCC is a strategic partner focused on delivering innovative, scalable, and employee-centric solutions across the full lifecycle-from recruitment through retirement. The HR Products & Digital Solutions team plays a critical role in modernizing HR capabilities and driving enterprise-wide transformation.

Pay and Benefits

  • Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location
  • Pension / Retirement benefits
  • Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being
  • DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day that may vary by team)

The Impact you will have in this role

As Director, HR Product Management, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise HR products and digital solutions that enable DTCC's global workforce. You will drive initiatives that improve employee experience, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen the resilience of HR technology platforms.

Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with HR leadership, Technology, and control functions to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions aligned with firm priorities. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution within a lean, high-performing team.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the HR product vision and roadmap in partnership with HR leadership and key stakeholders
  • Lead portfolio planning and prioritization across HR functional areas, including backlog management, sequencing, and trade-off analysis
  • Own and develop core product and delivery artifacts, including business cases, process flows, functional and technical documentation, and training materials
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, design, development oversight, testing, implementation, and post-launch support
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across HR, Technology, and control functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct user and market research to inform product strategy and continuous improvement
  • Develop value-driven business cases, including ROI, benefits realization, and risk considerations
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards, data privacy requirements, and regulatory obligations in partnership with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Audit
  • Manage third-party vendors, including evaluation, implementation, and ongoing performance oversight
