Job description

Why You'll Love This Role

Cribl is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of multiple critical product areas within the Cribl Platform, including Cribl.Cloud, identity & authorization, billing & commerce, customer lifecycle, developer experience, and environment support. This role will manage and scale a high-performing team of product managers, driving Cribl's platform strategy across both our SaaS and self-hosted software offerings.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader with a strong technical background and proven success in enterprise SaaS and B2B software. You will be responsible for defining and executing the roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a culture of accountability, impact, and continuous improvement.

If you're passionate about scaling enterprise platforms, leading top-tier PMs, and shaping the future of observability and telemetry data, we'd love to hear from you!

As an Active Member of Our Team, You Will...

  • Lead and scale a high-performing product management team across Cribl's platform organization, coaching and mentoring PMs across multiple levels.
  • Own the roadmap and execution for Cribl Platform, spanning identity and access management, billing & commerce, customer lifecycle, developer experience, and environment support.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and customers to ensure a seamless and scalable platform experience.
  • Define and drive product strategy that balances technical depth, business outcomes, and market expansion.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and extensibility, enabling Cribl's customers to operate in both cloud and self-managed environments.
  • Develop and implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to measure success and continuously iterate on platform capabilities.
  • Be a key voice in strategic planning, pricing, and go-to-market discussions to accelerate Cribl's growth and adoption.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of product managers to build a world-class product organization.
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.

If You've Got It - We Want It

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise SaaS and B2B software products in a fast-growing environment.
  • Experience leading multiple product areas within a platform-preferably identity management, billing & commerce, developer experience, or infrastructure.
  • Deep technical acumen-you can partner effectively with engineering teams, understand technical trade-offs, and guide complex product decisions.
  • Strong go-to-market expertise-you can collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and business growth.
  • Experience working in cloud-native and hybrid enterprise environments, understanding the complexities of SaaS and self-managed deployments.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring PMs, building high-impact teams that deliver measurable business results.
  • Customer-first mindset-you deeply understand market needs and can translate them into compelling product experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
