Nous recherchons un chef de produit pour contribuer a la mise en uvre de la feuille de route produit de Tandem dans divers domaines, notamment les fonctionnalites destinees aux utilisateurs et les capacites sous-jacentes de la plateforme.

A ce poste, vous rendrez compte au directeur du developpement produit et travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec des partenaires interfonctionnels des equipes d'ingenierie et de conception afin de fournir des fonctionnalites de haute qualite qui repondent aux besoins concrets des clients.

Ce poste exige de la flexibilite ; vous serez amene(e) a travailler sur differents aspects du produit au fil du temps. Vous serez charge(e) d'analyser des problematiques bien definies, de les traduire en exigences produit claires et de proposer des solutions creant une valeur mesurable pour les clients.

Responsabilites

  • Acquerir une solide comprehension des clients et des flux de travail de Tandem, en s'appuyant sur des recherches, des retours d'experience et des donnees pour eclairer les decisions produit au sein d'un espace de probleme defini

  • Assurer la mise en uvre d'initiatives produit bien delimitees, de la phase de decouverte a la livraison et aux iterations, en traduisant les problemes en exigences claires et en recits utilisateur

  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes d'ingenierie et de conception pour livrer des fonctionnalites de haute qualite et debloquer les avancees lorsque cela est necessaire

  • Contribuer a la hierarchisation des priorites et a la planification en aidant a evaluer les compromis, en restant concentre sur les taches les plus impactantes et en s'adaptant a mesure que de nouvelles informations apparaissent

  • Definir et suivre les indicateurs de reussite de votre travail, en utilisant a la fois des signaux quantitatifs et qualitatifs pour evaluer l'impact et orienter les prochaines etapes

Qualifications Minimales

  • 3 a 5 ans d'experience en gestion de produit (ou experience equivalente acquise en travaillant en etroite collaboration avec des equipes produit)

  • Solides competences en resolution de problemes et en reflexion critique

Position Overview
Autodesk Tandem is transforming building operations through digital twins and data-driven intelligence. Our team builds technology that connects building data, workflows, and systems to help operators improve resilience, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. We're looking for a Product Manager to help drive the execution of Tandem's product roadmap across a range of product areas, including user-facing features and underlying platform capabilities. In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Development, and you will work closely with cross-functional partners in Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product capabilities that solve meaningful customer problems.

This position requires flexibility; you may work across different parts of the product over time. You will be responsible for taking well-defined problem spaces, shaping them into clear product requirements, and delivering solutions that create measurable value for customers.

This is a strong opportunity for a PM looking to deepen their product craft and expand into broader ownership over time.
Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Tandem's customers and workflows, using research, feedback, and data to inform product decisions within a defined problem space

  • Own execution of scoped product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration, translating problems into clear requirements and user stories

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features and unblock progress when needed

  • Contribute to prioritization and planning by helping evaluate tradeoffs, maintain focus on the most impactful work, and adapt as new information emerges

  • Define and track success metrics for your work, using both quantitative and qualitative signals to assess impact and guide next steps

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders about what is being built, why it matters, and how it delivers value to customers and the business


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of product management experience (or equivalent experience working closely with product teams)

  • Experience delivering product features through the full lifecycle (discovery, delivery, iteration)

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguity within a defined scope

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to use data and customer insights to inform decisions


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on B2B or enterprise SaaS products

  • Experience with data-informed products or platforms (analytics exposure is a plus, not required)

  • Familiarity with building systems, IoT, or data-driven operational workflows in physical environments

  • Experience building or contributing to 0-to-1 or early-stage product capabilities

  • Experience working on platform systems, APIs, or developer-facing products
