Check out this new opportunity fresh from the Home Office! The Total Rewards Assistant position provides comprehensive administrative and support across Compensation and Benefits departments. This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of all transactional processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.


What we are looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED required;
  • A minimum of 1 year of office experience preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently under limited supervision;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Ability to learn and apply company policy, internal HR procedures, and regulatory guidelines within scope of duties;
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills;
  • Ability to interact at all organization levels;
  • Must be able to work full-time hours in office.

What you will do

  • Compensation Administration: run weekly processes for Compensation adjustments and Payroll;
  • Support annual compensation cycle administration, Period Incentive Plan communications, and annual administration;
  • Serve as back-up for Fleet services;
  • Job & Data Administration: collect, coordinate and document all Job Evaluation needs;
  • Distribute and track Position Questionnaires, and maintain job documentation / Occ codes Systems & Data Maintenance;
  • Enter and validate data across systems;
  • Department Operational Support: pay & track invoices;
  • Oversee administrative operations, maintain accurate and organized records across compensation, benefits, and systems;
  • Resource contact for team member inquiries (calls, emails, documentation);
  • Maintain compliance documentation and required mailings;
  • Front Desk relief; primary support for the reception desk as needed (fill in for vacations etc.);
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
