As a Total Rewards Specialist, you'll help deliver a competitive and well‐managed total rewards experience-supporting benefits and total health & wellbeing, workers' compensation and disability programs . You will administer programs, support employees and leaders with claims and inquiries, analyze market data and trends, and help create clear, employee‐friendly communications. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, third‐party administrators, insurers, and cross‐functional HR teams to ensure accurate administration, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience across all Total Rewards offerings.

What You Will Do: + Administer Workers' Compensation programs , partnering with internal adjusters, safety/EHS teams, and HR partners to support claim intake, documentation, coordination, and resolution. + Support disability programs (short‐term and long‐term), including employee inquiries, eligibility coordination, claims administration support, and vendor interaction. + Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners regarding workers' compensation and disability processes, timelines, and program requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to workers' compensation, disability, and leave‐related benefits while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. + Track, analyze, and report trends related to workers' compensation and disability claims to support insights, program improvements, and risk mitigation. + Support Total Rewards communications to ensure employees understand workers' compensation, disability, and related benefit programs and how to access them.

What You Will Have: + Education: Degree or equivalent experience desired + Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. + Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. + Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

  • Workers' Compensation: Ability to support workers' compensation programs, coordinate with Adjusters and facility contacts on claims actions, support on medical billing inquiries and claims administrative tasks. + Disability Programs: Ability to support short‐term and long‐term disability programs, assist with claims coordination, partner with vendors, and respond to employee inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
