POSITION SUMMARY: The HRIS & Total Rewards Manager is responsible for supporting and administering Bridgeview Eye Partners' compensation, performance management, HR systems, and total rewards operations. This role serves as the primary project lead for UKG HRIS-related initiatives tied to compensation, performance management, benefits administration, and HR operational workflows.
The role partners closely with HR leadership, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and operational leaders to support the successful administration of annual increase programs, bonus programs, performance reviews, compensation reporting, retirement plan audit activities, and HR systems optimization. This position also provides leadership and oversight to the HR Administrative support function.
WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Annual salary of $70,000 - $80,000, based upon experience
  • 6.5 paid holidays per year + 2 Floating holidays
  • Approximately 10 days of PTO within first year
  • Full slate of benefits to include health, dental, vision, and 401k

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead HRIS-related projects and ongoing optimization efforts within UKG Pro and related systems.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for UKG performance management configuration, including annual performance reviews, competencies, core values, workflows, and review cycles.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to support the development, administration, and tracking of annual department KPIs and incentive plan documentation.
  • Administer annual increase and bonus programs, including process management, tracking, reporting, auditing, and system uploads.
  • Support compensation strategy execution through reporting, data analysis, program coordination, and administrative oversight.
  • Coordinate compensation and bonus validation processes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing.
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and compensation structure administration.
  • Partner closely with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accurate UKG configuration and maintenance of benefit deductions, HSA files, eligibility rules, and vendor connection feeds.
  • Support annual benefit implementation activities and system testing associated with open enrollment and plan changes.
  • Lead coordination of the annual 401(k) audit process, including collaboration with Benefits, Payroll, Finance, auditors, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Maintain compensation, bonus, and workforce reporting for quarterly executive reporting and organizational analytics.
  • Develop HR dashboards, reporting tools, and workforce analytics to support organizational decision-making.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and accuracy within HRIS systems.
  • Create and maintain HR operational procedures, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Support onboarding of acquisitions and integrations related to compensation structures, HRIS setup, and benefit administration.
  • Supervise and provide direction to the HR Administrator support role.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across departments to support organizational initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Participate in special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR, compensation, HR operations, HRIS, or total rewards experience preferred.
  • Previous experience administering HRIS systems, preferably UKG Pro, strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting compensation programs, bonus administration, performance management, and benefits operations preferred.
  • Experience coordinating audits, reporting processes, and cross-functional HR projects preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred.
