Job Description
Provides day-to-day product management for an assigned portfolio, partnering closely with a Product Director to translate strategic priorities into planning and delivery. Works alongside the Product Director, Product Owner, and cross-functional teams to keep execution moving between roadmap-level strategy and sprint-level delivery. This role operates in an AI-enabled product environment. Serve as the team's first point of contact for in-sprint priority and scope questions, partnering with the Product Director on strategic or cross-portfolio decisions. 30%
  • Support financial analysis and reporting: Contribute to financial analyses and pricing model input for assigned products. Partner with the Product Director to identify opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and AI-enabled enhancements across the direct mail product portfolio. 15%
  • Support go-to-market delivery: For product launches, enhancements, or releases, support the go-to-market process, including operational documentation, sales enablement content, positioning input, and coordination on Sales training, in partnership with the Director. 15%
  • Evaluate and document ideas: Evaluate incoming product ideas and requests against established criteria, documenting recommendations to share with the Product Director. Support compliance and risk partners with documentation as needed. 10%
  • Support roadmap planning: Contribute to quarterly roadmap planning by documenting proposed features and projects, working within team capacity constraints, in partnership with the Product Director on prioritization. 5%
  • Prioritize features with the Product Owner: Maintain and refine feature-level priorities in day-to-day partnership with the Product Owner, consistent with the roadmap set in partnership with the Director. 5%
