Job Summary:

Seeking direct mail data specialist with knowledge of traditional desktop workflows and variable data project needs. Clean, format and prepare mailing lists to optimize postage costs and ensure accuracy for direct mail campaigns. Full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday. Overtime as workload requires.

What You'll Do...

  • Postal Data Hygiene. Cleaning, standardizing, de-duplicating of data for complex variable data print projects.
  • Perform NCOA, CASS and presorting.
  • File preparation using BCC Ignite, BCC Bulk Mailer, Microsoft Excel and more.
  • Work well as part of a manufacturing production team.
  • Knowledge of postal discount incentives and requirements.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining online storefronts producing variable data campaigns.


What You'll Bring...

  • Must have a strong understanding of variable data workflow and data needs.
  • Knowledge of BCC Ignite and Bulk Mailer is a huge plus.
  • Strong file troubleshooting skills. Must be able to analyze client supplied data, identify and correct problems prior to variable programming.
  • Variable data programming experience helpful.
  • Work with online storefront tools, including Fusion Pro, PageFlex, Pressero.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality as priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, client service and production staff.
  • Desire to learn new applications and technologies as they arise.
