Descripción General


El Parts Runner es responsable de entregar a los clientes internos las piezas solicitadas. Mantener control y buen manejo del inventario físico. Responsable del despacho, recogido, almacenaje, desecho de materiales en el almacén de piezas.


Deberes y Responsabilidades esenciales:


  • Acomodar mercancía recibida.
  • Envió de “Core” de radio por correo postal.
  • Lavado y mantenimiento básico de la van de Piezas.
  • Manejo y apoyo en la ruta de entrega de mercancía a clientes “Whole Sales”.
  • Organización del almacén de Piezas.
  • Organización y mantenimiento del área de “scrapping”.
  • Preparación y despacho de mercancía desde los bienes para entrega a clientesde manera oportuna, eficaz y segura.
  • Recogido de órdenes de compra de emergencia.
  • Realización de Spot Checks, según sea requerido.
  • Trabajar los “Cores” que serán devueltos a GM.
  • Utilización de sistema CDK y cualquier otro que se asigne para el despacho de piezas tales como Pick Ticket Printer.
  • Podrán asignarse funciones adicionales no contempladas en el presente documento.


Requisitos

  • Grado Escolar-Cuarto Año/Equivalencia o Grado asociado en general
  • Conocimiento básico en sistemas de auto
  • Experiencia en manejo de Inventario
  • Conocimiento de MS Office
  • Conocimiento en el sistema de Catálogo de Piezas
