About Us: ICS Corporation is family-owned direct mail and marketing facility located in West Deptford founded in 1965. Now, more than 50 years later, ICS has flourished by elevating the marketing outreach of some of the nation's largest companies in highly creative and cost-effective ways.
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mail Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and processing direct mail documentation, managing USPS mailing requirements, tracking inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring customer mailings are released on schedule. The ideal candidate will work closely with Accounting, Customer Service, Sales, Scheduling, and Operations to support efficient mail processing and transportation activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Uploads Mail.Dat files to USPS PostalOne system using Monticello.
  • Prepares USPS forms including USPS Mail Summary reports, Postage Statements, and other postal forms as needed.
  • Works closely with Accounting to acquire postal checks.
  • Works closely with Sales, CSRs, and Scheduling to have knowledge of customer release and delivery dates of direct mail pieces.
  • Responsible for reporting any problems related to meeting customer release date to Customer Service Manager.
  • Responsible for the storage and retrieval of all mail pieces within the plant.
  • Examines and changes daily outbound schedule to ensure timely product delivery and optimal trailer utilization. Arranges customer supply/return loads as needed.
  • Reviews inbound mainlines daily; tracks late arrivals and communicates with Operations to ensure efficient trailer processing upon arrival.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Review/verify information on physical documents to system records
  • Notate if there are any deficiencies by recording findings on spreadsheets

Qualifications:
  • BS Degree is Supply Chain & Logistics preferred
  • Good computer skills with Word and Excel spreadsheet programs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and demands in a growing organization
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn

Pay Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
