Scenic Southern Utah | Near National Parks – This is a Hybrid work opportunity

This is not a typical Assistant Controller role.

This is a high-visibility, business-facing finance position where you’ll work directly with operations, maintenance, and plant leadership to drive cost, performance, and decision-making across a growing mining and processing operation.

Why this role is different:

  • You’ll own cost visibility across the plant (crushing, milling, flotation, leach, SX/EW)
  • You’ll partner directly with operations to influence:
    • Production costs

    • Continuous improvement initiatives

  • You’re not buried in spreadsheets—you’re helping run the business

  • Strong GAAP + cost accounting foundation
  • Experience in manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry

Required Education and Experience
