Assistant Contract Manager

First Coast Security Solutions provides security services nationwide. We are seeking an Assistant Contract Manager to oversee FPS contracts across Atlanta, GA and surrounding regions. This role will support the Contract Manager with daily operations, staffing, and compliance with contract requirements.

Pay Transparency: $90,185.84

Responsibilities

  • Assist with security personnel, including scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
  • Manage and respond to operational issues, incidents, and emergencies.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal contract requirements, company policies, and security standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the principal liaison for contract communications.
  • Coordinate staffing levels, hiring needs, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Prepare reports, incident summaries, and operational updates as required.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges promptly and professionally.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.

Qualifications

  • U.S. citizen
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on call as required to support operations.
  • Have a fluent command of the English language for both oral and written communication.
  • Travel as needed between FPS sites.

Experience

  • Minimum of five (3) years of security management on federal or government contracts or military leadership experience.
  • Must have experience managing security personnel, scheduling, and operational staffing.
  • Must have experience of responding and managing security incidents and emergencies.
  • Experience conducting site assessments, post inspections, or compliance audits.
  • Prefer knowledge of FPS contracts and federal compliance requirements.

Education

Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
