Job description

Position Summary

MakoRx is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide patients through our medication program enrollment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for the patients. This is a fast-paced, call heavy position requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping patients. As part of a growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to progress in your position as our team and program volume increases.

Key Responsibilities
• Guide patients through the enrollment process from initial intake through medication delivery.
• Conduct daily outbound patient calls.
• Respond to inbound calls.
• Complete patient enrollments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up as needed.
• Document all patient interactions in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Work closely with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams to ensure timely enrollment and medication fulfillment.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities throughout the day.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and clients.
• Participate in occasional client-facing meetings and communications.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare support, or a call center environment.
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, patient management systems, or scheduling software.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
