As an Account Manager, you will ensure efficient and profitable operations under the guidance of the Area Manager/Regional Director. Your duties include managing recruitment, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks. You will create staffing estimates, track costs, review contracts, supervise labor, and ensure accurate payroll and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, including recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks.
Strategic Planning:Create staffing estimates, track costs, review contracts, supervise labor and subcontractors, and ensure accurate payroll and invoicing.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:Minimum of three years in operations, service, field, or project management, preferably in event staffing, security, sports management, or athletics.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear.
