Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing independent insurance agency. If you are a motivated insurance professional with a passion for building relationships and providing consultative support, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:
  • Manage a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, including contractors, homeowners associations (HOAs), and small to middle-market commercial risks.
  • Conduct policy reviews and address client coverage questions.
  • Process endorsements, policy changes, and renewals.
  • Remarket accounts when necessary to ensure optimal coverage and pricing.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers on underwriting, billing, and policy servicing matters.
  • Assist with quoting and issuing policies for new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy records within the agency management system.
  • Provide proactive and responsive customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
  • Active Property & Casualty License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to independently manage accounts and client relationships.
