Job description

Salary: $15/hr DOE

We have immediate part-time openings with the potential for full time. **This is NOT remote.**

Since 1974, we at Midwest Answer have been serving our customers and their callers with answering services that are professional, flexible, responsive and always friendly. We provide answering services of all kinds, as well as more customized options for specialized needs such as medical answering service, legal answering service and small government answering service. Midwest Answer is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to join our team as an answering service agent. Open availability is required to cover other shifts as needed (absences, vacation, etc.).

An ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with people in a variety of business types. Multitasking and computer skills are a must. Professional phone presence, great spelling and grammar skills, accuracy, and strong attention to detail are required. A background check is required. Training is provided. This is NOT remote so you will need reliable transportation to the office.
